Gloria Taylor Crone

Author of Strolling Adventure

Gloria Taylor Crone was born and raised in Virginia, home of eight United States presidents. She resides in Yorktown with her husband and is fortunate to have children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren living close by.

For the past twenty-four years, she has been employed by the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation in a rewarding role as museum educator, working mostly with elementary school students in learning early American history through hands-on programs.

During strolling excursions with her young grandson Adam, Gloria became keenly aware of the Creator's complex handiwork — inspiration that grew into the songs and stories of Strolling Adventure. A big thank you to her grandson Adam "Little Guy" for an extraordinary strolling adventure.

Favorite pastimes include time with family and friends, enjoying music, travel, and crafting.
